I'm looking to interview low-income* (<$63,000 per year) tenants who live in a rent control apartments in the city of Los Angeles for my dissertation. I need to interview about 50 tenants in the next two months.  Every tenant that participates in my study will be compensated with a gift card of $40 and the interview will take approximately 20 minutes (via phone or Zoom). I'm grateful that my dissertation is being funded by both the School of Social Ecology at UCI and the Haynes Foundation.  I'm also interviewing landlords who own rent control buildings in the city of Los Angeles.
