Hi friends, As we're getting ready to move, we are identifying things we will not be taking with us - if it would be a blessing to you or someone you know, let me know (832-646-1020 / nikijwong@gmail.com) and we can disinfect with alcohol or wash items before passing it off in a bag. you can email/text me for more photos or questions too. If there are no takers by the last week of June, we'll probably sell it on the used market or throw away. First round of items: wire shelf system food dehydrator - only used 2x standing bike tire pump black messenger bag - lots of pockets! a bunch of fair trade pouches dining table and 4 chairs a bunch of books - see titles in photos below

Please see attached flyer for the Disaster Relief Assistance for Immigrants (DRAI) Project.  California is providing state funded disaster relief assistance for undocumented individuals who were ineligible for other forms of assistance. An undocumented adult can receive $500 per adult and up to $1,000 per household.  Individuals can begin applying on Monday, May 18, 2020. Eligibility criteria: Undocumented adult (over 18) Not eligible for federal stimulus benefits Experienced a hardship due to Covid-19 To apply, patients can call any of these three local legal non-profit organizations: (213) 241-8880 - AAAJ (Asian Americans Advancing Justice) (213) 201-8700 - CHIRLA (Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights) (213) 315-2659 - CARACEN (Central American Resource Center) Funds are limited and distributed first-come, first-served until depleted. Personal information of applicants (name, address, etc.) will not be given to any government agency. More information can be found on CDSS website with FAQs and updates about this program.

FREE Wi-Fi for 60 days to All K-12 Students and College students who do not have Spectrum. More details below: Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 students college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households. The program applies only in their existing service area, which stretches across most of the state.

For anyone EVERYTABLE has a helpline to deliver food if needed: Everytable Helpline: (323) 458 - 6487. "If you are a senior who needs food brought to your home, call us.If the food service at your health care center or senior center has been interrupted, call us.If your school district is unsure about how your students, families and teachers will eat, call us.If you want to ensure your employees have access to healthy meals, call us.If you are an individual struggling with access to food during this time, please call us. If you need 10 meals or 10,000 meals, call us." Their storesfronts, like the one near Hoover and 23rd are still pick up only. You can order ahead of time online and call the store for curbside pick up. For students Dream Center & Alliance Charter Schools are offering meal support: Alliance Charters is giving out FREE meals (breakfast, lunch, snack) to all kids 18 and under. You do not have to be a student at one of their schools. Please pass the word to families who could really be blessed by this! Here is the information about all their Meal Program Locations
